They were highly communicative without being too much. They ordered the part I needed but it didn't complete the fix. I have A very particular schedule and they were very flexible. The second part came in and the guy worked diligently to fix the dishwasher but it was just not going to work which wasn't his fault. He really tried. But they refunded us for the parts etc because they weren't able to fix it. I don't think it's their fault. I think the dishwasher was unfixable and they worked really hard to try. Five stars all the way 100% would use them again

Jordan diagnosed the problem with my refrigerator during our initial phone call. He showed up at my house, with the required part about 90 minutes later even though it was a Sunday afternoon. He worked quickly and efficiently. It seemed to me he knew exactly what to do. He was done in about an hour and the fridge has been working better than ever since. There is 2-year warranty period for the part and the labor. I could not be happier, and I am not easy to please. I gave him a tip and I rarely do that. I recommend this business highly!

This company has fixed two different appliances for us promptly and was willing to work with us on accessing the home when we were away to make the repairs. He is smart, able to diagnose issues quickly and make repairs for a reasonable cost. Always has been willing to work us into his schedule on short notice which we also appreciate.
